Hello, Beijing! VI Group at CIFITIS | Australia as Guest Country of Honour

From 9–13 September, the 2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) was held at Beijing’s Shougang Park. This year, Australia took centre stage as the Guest Country of Honour, once again bringing the Australia–China economic relationship into the global spotlight. The Australia Pavilion showcased innovation and service strengths across education, finance, energy, and mining, highlighting the professionalism and expertise of Australian enterprises.

As a company focused on cross-border mining investment and technical cooperation, VI Group was honoured to witness and participate in this milestone event. On the solid foundation of goods trade, Australia–China cooperation is now expanding into higher-value services, knowledge partnerships, and technological collaboration, opening new growth opportunities for industries including mining.

Confidence in Australia–China Cooperation

Mainstream media such as CCTV News and CRI Online highlighted Australia’s open approach to business and the role of CIFTIS as a global platform for international cooperation. Against the backdrop of global green transition and energy security, Australia–China mining cooperation is not only about connecting resources, but also about co-developing technology, knowledge, and value.

VI Group believes that digitalisation, intelligence, and low-carbon solutions will be key areas for future mining services. CIFTIS also provides a strong platform to connect more high-quality Australian mining projects with Chinese investment.

VI Group congratulates the Australian Embassy, Austrade, and AustCham China on their successful participation at CIFTIS 2025. Looking ahead, we remain committed to our mission of linking capital and resources, and will continue to contribute to deeper bilateral cooperation and sustainable growth in global mining investment and services.
